The problem
Pharmacies were losing money to expired stock and stock-outs because inventory was tracked by hand, with no batch-level visibility and no early warning on low stock.
What I built
A real-time inventory and stock-control system with batch and expiry tracking, low-stock alerts, supplier management, and reporting — built on Next.js with API routes over MongoDB and Zustand for client-side state.
