The problem
Alphinex needed a marketing presence the team could update themselves — copy, media, and content — without a developer in the loop for every change, and without leaning on a heavy third-party CMS.
What I built
A two-sided Next.js app: a public website and a secure admin dashboard sharing one codebase. Content lives in MongoDB, the dashboard reads and mutates it with SWR, and uploaded files and assets are stored in Cloudflare R2.
Outcomes
- Public marketing site plus a self-serve admin dashboard from one codebase
- Non-technical content editing, no deploy required
- R2-backed file and asset storage
